Booking Terms & Conditions for Activities and Events
1. Fees
1.1 The programme of activities is confirmed by Blue Mountain Activities Limited upon receipt of a completed booking form and deposit of 50% of full fees. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Blue Mountain Activities Ltd’
1.2 Activity programmes can only be confirmed by completion of a booking form (postal, Fax or Email) and not by telephone.
1.3 Full payment is payable before the activity programme commences or on the day(s).
1.4 The deposit is non refundable
2. Cancellation by the client
2.1 All cancellations must be in writing. In the event of cancellation the client will incur the following cancellation fee:

| Cancellation less than 8 days before the start of the course |
100% of the total cost |
3. Cancellation by Blue Mountain Activities Ltd
3.1 Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that the agreed activity programme goes ahead Blue Mountain Activities Ltd will notify the client of cancellation as soon as possible.
3.2 In the event of cancellation clients will be offered the choice of the following options:
1. Full refund of fees paid
2. A choice of alternative dates for the activity programme.
3.3 It is advised that participants on activities take out cancellation insurance

4. Fees
4.1 Course places are reserved by Blue Mountain Activities Ltd upon receipt of a completed booking form and deposit of 50%/full payment. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Blue Mountain Activities Ltd’
4.2 Places on a course can only be reserved by completion of a booking form (postal, Fax or Email) and not by telephone.
4.3 The balance of the course fee is payable 28 days before the commencement of the course. In the event that the balance is not paid Blue Mountain Activities reserve the right to regard the booking as cancelled by the client and re-sell the course place.
5. Cancellation by the client
5.1 All cancellations must be in writing.
5.2 Blue Mountain Activities once notified by letter of cancellation will endeavour to re-sell the course place.
5.3 In the event that the course place is resold before commencement of the course, the client will receive a full refund less 10% of the course fee to cover administration costs.
5.4 Refunds will only be made after completion of the course.
5.5 In the event that the course place is not resold before the commencement of the course, the client will be charged the following cancellation fee:

| Cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the course | 100% of the total cost |
6. Cancellation by Blue Mountain Activities Ltd
6.1 Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that the advertised courses run, Blue Mountain Activities Ltd will notify the client of cancellation as soon as possible.
6.2 In the event of cancellation clients will be offered the choice of the following options:
1. Full refund of the course fee paid.
2. Another course on different dates.
6.3 Course participants are advised to take out cancellation insurance
